Whether it is an unwanted pop-up window, or something more serious, we want your first experience with us to be a positive one that we will then maintain going forward.
We know that customers don’t want to get wrapped up or trapped in a long service contract. We have no interest in keeping a customer who has decided we are not right for their business.
