Our Ethos Response service is a Managed Support product designed to keep your business systems running across all eventualities.

With a fixed monthly cost and round the clock cover, you do not need to worry about IT issues any longer. Our technical support team is a mere phone call away to answer any questions and resolve any problems that you may encounter.

All new customers receive our full security and healthcheck as soon as they come onboard to ensure you are protected from the very beginning.

Ethos Response starts at £35 per device. Discounts are available when taken with our Ethos Voice hosted telephony service.

Full Coverage

Our standard Response package includes bank holidays as standard, however we also offer out of hours and weekend cover for businesses who require it.

Our normal Service Level Agreements to high impact issues do not change if issues are reported during these periods.

Ethos Assess

Our unique onboarding Ethos Assess Security and Health Check puts you in control of your IT from the very beginning.

Not only will we assess the health of your company devices and the security of your network, but we will also seek to address any outstanding technical issues as part of this process.

At the end you will receive a report listing any risks along with recommendations.
