What are the benefits?

A franking machine doesn’t just save you having to queue at the Post Office, it can also give you up to a 20p discount per item when compared to conventionally stamped mail.

If the postage on the letter is ever underpaid, it will still be delivered to the customer and you will be billed for it; with a conventional stamp the customer will need to pay the difference which causes irritation.

For larger enterprises, you could be reaching out to thousands of new and existing customers with your latest offers.

When combined with a CRM system and Folder/Inserter machine, you can reach out to and remarket to thousands of customers in a matter of hours. The Folder/Inserter machine will fold, insert (including a leaflet) into and seal the envelope, and the Franker will quickly stamp each letter.

All of our machines are fully serviced and maintained in accordance with Royal Mail licensing terms as part of our standard package.

This allows you to frank every size and type of letter, including Recorded, Signed for, Tracked and International, all at reduced rates and without visiting a Post Office. The built in scale will automatically determine the correct postage to eliminate the chances of underpayment.

In addition to the practical and financial benefits, your mail will look more professionally presented with a Royal Mail MailMark QR code alongside your own company logo.
